The SPACS aims to assess and assist patients in their rehabilitation from shoulder dislocation. As the most commonly dislocated joint in the human body it is an important public health concern. This application will help us track your recovery and identify the strengths and weaknesses of the current management protocol.
Over the next 18 months this application will prompt you to complete questionnaires designed by Oxford University to assess your shoulder stability. By completing these questionnaires you are helping improve and further develop our shoulder rehabilitation program. If you complete 100% of the questionnaires you will go into the draw to win an iPad Pro. It is important that these questionnaires are completed truthfully to ensure the integrity of the public health study.
